Listing & Selling Items

Sellers must ensure items are accurately described, including condition, price, and availability.
Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and restricted animals.
Buyers and sellers must agree on meeting places and payment methods directly.

Payment Terms

Snapbart does not process payments through the platform. Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging payments, which may be done via cash at the time of exchange or through mutually agreed online methods outside the app. We recommend using secure, traceable methods and meeting in public places.

Prohibited Activities

Posting false, misleading, or harmful content.
Using the platform for scams, fraud, or illegal activities.
Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
Attempting to disrupt the platform’s functionality or security.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and design elements on Snapbart are owned by us or licensed to us. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

Snapbart is a facilitator of C2C transactions and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed. Users assume all risks when interacting and transacting with others on the platform.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, laws, or policies. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
