We’re sorry to see you go! Before you delete your SnapBart account, please read the steps below carefully. Once deleted, your profile, listings, messages, and all related data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the SnapBart App on your mobile device.
- Tap the three-line menu icon (☰) located in the top-left corner of the profile screen.
- From the sidebar, select Profile.
- Inside your profile, go to the Settings section.
- Scroll down and tap on “Disable Account”.
- Read the confirmation message carefully, then tap “Yes, Delete My Account” to proceed.
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
⚠️ Note: The account deletion process is only available inside the SnapBart mobile app. There is no login or logout option on the website version.
Important Notes
- You cannot restore your account once it has been deleted.
- Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance or active listings before deletion.
- Messages and transaction history will also be permanently removed.
